1.Based on product design drawings and process specifications, carry out sample production and trial manufacturing work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2.Collaborate to complete documentation during the trial manufacturing process, such as process parameters and anomalies, to support subsequent product improvements.
3.Participate in the inspection of trial samples and cooperate with the quality department to conduct preliminary quality checks.
4.Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during the trial manufacturing process and propose improvement suggestions to optimize process workflows.7.
Maintain and service trial manufacturing equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
1.Responsible for drafting, approving, and implementing performance management systems, plans, and schemes.
2.Follow up on the updating, tracking, statistics, and summary approval of performance indicators for various departments and positions.
3.Organize and follow up on the implementation of monthly performance meetings for each department, and handle statistical analysis, summary, and approval.
4.Monitor changes in key projects, promptly conduct analysis and provide recommendations to ensure effective performance management.
5.Coordinate and organize quarterly and semi-annual performance review meetings, and ensure the implementation of resolutions and improvements.
6.Conduct performance interviews, record, and analyze for some positions according to the plan each month.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

6.Adjust and design material formulations to meet customer needs, and accurately grasp the actual material requirements of customers; participate in cutting-edge R&D projects and liaise with external research institutions.
