On October 24, Zhejiang Booer Application Materials Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement worth nearly ten million with Bluetron.
The signing ceremony was attended by Executive Director Yan Liang, General Manager Ding Kai, Assistant to the General Manager Qiu Jianguang, Operations Director Wang Weiping, Financial Director Wu Pingfeng, General Manager of BlueSmart Tan Zhang, General Manager Assistant Yang Mingming, and General Manager of BlueSmart Ningbo Branch Zhang Laisheng.
Zhejiang Booer Application Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in thermal runaway safety protection for the new energy sector and is the only material supplier in China capable of providing comprehensive solutions for the thermal runaway management of new energy batteries.
Bluetron will support Booer in achieving refined production and operation with its “platform + APP” model, creating a new demonstration platform for high-quality development in the polymer material application industry.
Executive Director Yan Liang stated that as an innovative platform company in polymer material applications, Booer provides solutions for industries such as new energy vehicles, security, traditional automobiles, environmental protection, and healthcare. With the company's rapid development in recent years, the demand for digitalization has surged. Therefore, building a digital factory is both a requirement for product innovation and business application and a need to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
This signing represents a further enhancement of the depth and breadth of cooperation between the two parties. By creating a digital factory with the “platform + APP” model, not only can this be replicated and promoted among companies like Booer, but it can also be applied to park construction and new overseas factories.
The integration of automation and digitalization will reduce labor and management costs, achieve refined production and operation, and comprehensively enhance the company's overall competitiveness in the polymer material application industry.
To achieve this goal, Booer's internal team will closely cooperate with the Bluetron team to jointly promote the implementation of the digital system and create a future-oriented digital benchmark factory.
Bluetron General Manager Tan Zhang stated that this cooperation has a long-term vision, comprehensive planning, and broad layout. Based on a thorough survey of Booer, Bluetron will use the “platform + APP” model for construction, employing a “solid foundation, step-by-step, and continuous construction” implementation strategy.
On one hand, by leveraging the unified data base capability of supOS, BlueSmart will continuously mine data value through data modeling and analysis, enabling traceability of material differences and continuous process optimization.
On the other hand, BlueSmart will provide a full suite of services including production management, laboratory management, intelligent warehousing, and equipment management, solidifying Booer's digital foundation. Additionally, based on the scalability of the supOS platform, any future personalized needs of the enterprise can be continuously added in the form of APPs on the platform.
